Make up the difference

Okay, so the PCBA in my NEO-GEO MVSX goes out, I freak out scrambling on how to fix or replace it. I take a long-shot at sending an email to UNICO's support and ask if they can send me a replacement PCBA and pay for it obviously, as my MVSX is long out of warranty. After several charming emails back and forth to verify my problem and identifying the correct part I needed, I paypal them the cash for a replacement part. Two weeks later and $50 bucks less my new PCBA arrives in the mail, I get it installed, sat my prayers and BOOM! My MVSX lives AGAIN!!! I NEVER got that kind of service with my Arcade1ups! Thank you UNICO, you have very happy and dedicated customer, long live the MVSX!
